Singolo di debutto per Il progetto classic metal Indie Place

Il progetto classic metal Indie Place debutta con il singolo 'Master of Ghosts'.

'Master of Ghosts' è il titolo del singolo d'esordio di Indie Place, anteprima che anticipa l'uscita di 'Persistent Visions', EP che verrà pubblicato il 18 Settembre tramite l'etichetta Heavy Load - Freemood delle edizioni Tanzan Music.

L’hard rock e l’heavy metal degli anni 80 sono il carburante che alimenta la musica di questo progetto nato nel 2016 dalla mente del chitarrista Gianfranco Previ, che ne ha curato la scrittura dei brani e la produzione.

Così come in 'Master of Ghosts',  le sonorità dell’ep raccolgono l’influenza di band come Def Leppard, Dokken, Queensryche e Saxon; proprio di questi ultimi è presente nella tracklist la cover del brano Out of Control tratto dall’album Denim and Leather del 1981, un omaggio alla band inglese e a tutta la scena NWOBHM.

Al sound classico è abbinata la voce moderna ed espressiva del cantante statunitense Aiden, registrata assieme alla sezione ritmica allo Studio Pros di Los Angeles.

Oltre alla chitarra di Previ si è aggiunto poi il supporto in studio dei musicisti Eric Castiglia (Piano e Hammond) e Marco Cossu (Tastiere).

Le tematiche dei testi, attraverso l’uso di metafore, parlano del disagio mentale di chi è affetto da visioni e distorsioni della realtà, da qui deriva il titolo e il concept dell’EP.
